Yolanda Ortiz Diaz

Yolanda Ortiz Diaz, age 49, of Bridgeport, entered into peaceful rest Saturday, June 9th, 2012 in Bridgeport Hospital with her loving family by her side. Yolanda enjoyed being helpful to others. She volunteered her time at St. Lukes St. Paul's Episcopal Church in the soup kitchen. Yolanda also work as a nurse's aide at Griffin Hospital for several years. Yolanda was currently working for CASA Inc. HOTT Outreach Team. Yolanda was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico November 30th, 1962 the daughter of the late Benito Ortiz and surviving mother Eusebia Ortiz Diaz. Yolanda is survived by: son Karlo Alexie Guzman, daughter Rosaida Rivera, granddaughter Elise Aponte, brother Richie and sister-in-law Melissa Ortiz, niece Yorgelis Ortiz, and nephew AJ Gantt.
