Virgen "Tita Perez" Milagros Rodriguez de Perez, age 51 of Bridgeport, CT, the loving wife of Wilmer Perez, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 27th 2016 in her home surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Virgen was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico on December 15th 1964; the daughter of Ramon Rodriguez Rivera and Elsa Rodriguez Quiones. Virgen was married for 32 years and had two children. She was a caring and joyful person who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially when camping. Virgen will be remembered for her love of coffee and butterflies. Besides her parents, Ramon and Elsa, and husband, husband, Wilmer, Virgen is survived by: son, Wilmer Perez Jr. and daughter-in-law, Desiree of Shelton; daughter, Stephanie Perez and son-in-law, Daquan Allen of Bridgeport; sister, Josefa "Tata" Rodriguez Mercado and brother-in-law, Angel Mercado of Bridgeport; four grandchildren, Liana Perez, Tiana Perez, Jaiden Santos and Sophia Allen; father-in-law, Israel Perez & mother-in-law, Ermen Rodriguez Perez of Yauco, PR; sister-in-law, Nancy Evette Perez of Bridgeport; nephew, Hector "Jun Jun" Nieves; nieces, Emily Nieves & Melanie Nieves; and a host of extended family and friends. Interment will take place at Nuevo Municipal Cemetery; Yauco, Puerto Rico.
