Victor Manuel Lopez Jimenes, age 57 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Yale New Haven Hospital, surrounded by the love and support of his family. Victor was born August 4, 1962 in Manhattan, New York, the son of Victor M. Lopez & Hilda Deida Jimenez. He was later adopted and raised by his mother, Laura Jimenes. Victor was a protective father of four. Outspoken and set in his ways, Victor had no problem voicing his opinion. He was a skillful mechanic and provider for his family. On his time off he enjoyed to ride his Harley Davison Motorcycle, fished and watched sports. Victor was a devoted Mets fan. Besides his parents Victor is survived by: 2 daughters, Shanel Lopez, Diane Lopez; 2 sons, Victor G. Lopez, Angel J. Lopez; 13 siblings, Pilar Jimenes, Maria Soto, Yubarai Lopez, Ana I. Lopez, Rosa Roman, Nancy Sanchez, Patricia Jimenez, Julio Lopez, Luis Lopez, Wilson Jimenes, Jose M. Jimenez, Eddie Jimenez, Jose A. Jimenez; separated spouse, Jannette Lopez; 5 grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friend who will cherish his memory.
