Vanessa Iris Padilla, age 41, of Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away on July 26, 2022 with her loving family by her side at her home in Ansonia, Connecticut. On June 13, 1981 Vanessa was welcomed into the world by her beloved parents Lucy Tracy and Carlos Padilla. Vanessa was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport CT, she graduated from central high school class of 1999. Vanessa fulfilled her dream of purchasing her first home in 2018 and became a resident of Ansonia, CT. Vanessa worked in the ophthalmology field for 17 years and was most recently employed at Doctor & Associates. She enjoyed spending time with her family on the weekends. Vanessa also very much enjoyed shopping on any given day with her mother Lucy, some would call her a shopaholic. She had many nicknames, Vee, Miss Gucci, Louis V, Blacky, Negra, Miss VIP, and her most favorite was Mommy. Vanessa had a tough exterior but had a heart of gold. She loved her family and would do anything for them, especially her 3 boys. She definitely was one hell of a mom. Vanessa is predeceased by her father Carlos Padilla and nephew Isaiah Kenion. She is survived by her: sons Khary Glover 23, Kevin Moales Jr. 19 and Tony DeJEsus Jr. 13; mother Lucy Tracy; stepfather Michael Tracy; sisters Aiesha (Kenneth) Randolph,Carla Padilla and Nakisha Padilla; 7 nieces Kayla, Skyla, Aizhanique, Anayah, Nyasia, Arianna, Carleigh; 5 nephews Kashon, Carlos, Sy'ere, Savion, Kayden; 1 great niece Kamaiya Hyman all whom she adored; 2 very special cousins Aikeya & Christina and a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
