Tasha Michelle Shelton-Johnson age 50 of Bridgeport, the spouse of Wayne Johnson, went home to glory on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Bridgeport Hospital.

Tasha was born in Stamford, CT the beloved daughter of the late Sylvia D. Drungo and Prince E. Shelton. She was married to Wayne B. Johnson and together they raised 6 children. Tasha was a loving, caring mother. She was a patient school bus driver in Bridgeport for 22 years.

Tasha was preceded by: grandmother Alicia Mae Butler; step grandfather, and Clarence Robert Spencer.

Tasha was survived by: husband, Wayne Johnson; maternal grandmother, Alfreda Spencer; stepfather, Billy Thompson; sister, Nicole Dodson & brother-in-law, Charles Dodson; 2 brothers, Isaac Drungo & sister-in-law, Ranelle Drungo, Thurston Shelton; children, Kylian Thompson, Timmy Campbell, Khalil Campbell, Kyle Campbell; 2 stepsons, Wayne Johnson Jr., Chris Johnson; 6 grandchildren; a lifelong friend, cousin Yvonne Crumpton, Gladys Stith; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends may greet the family on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
