Sonia Marina Martinez Sandoval

Sonia Marina Martinez Sandoval, age 46, of Ossining, NY, and the wife of Manuel de Jesus Jimenez Perez, has gone into eternal rest on Monday, September 7th, 2020 at her home in Ossining, NY. Sonia was born to her loving parents on March 22nd, 1974 in Chiquimula, Ipala, Guatemala. In 1998, she Migrated to the United States in search of better opportunities. She went on to meet her husband Manuel de Jesus Jimenez Perez and together they raised three children. Sonia worked as a housekeeper to provide for herself and her family and took great pride in her work. Sonia was a woman who was constantly full of joy. She made sure to enjoy every second of her life. Although she was an extremely hard worker, she made sure she took the time to cook delicious meals, to dance, and to be a great friend to many. Sonia's children were the center of her universe. Sonia leaves behind her husband Manuel de Jesus Jimenez Perez; her three children Junior Emmanuel Sandoval, Yesenia Elizabeth Jimenez, and Migdalia Carolina Jimenez; her siblings Hector Martinez, Odilio Martinez, Clara Martinez, Mari Luz Martinez, Elena Martinez, Yolanda Martinez, and Morelia Martinez; her uncle Octaviano Martinez; her cousins Rolando Martinez, Giovanni Martinez, Antonio Sandoval, Ofelia Sandoval, Mirna Sandoval, and Reina Sandoval; and her grandson Manuel Elian. Sonia also leaves behind many other extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory. Sonia will be greatly missed by all of those who had the privilege to know her. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm at St. Ann's Catholic Church 25 Eastern Ave, Ossining, NY 10562 phone number (914) 941-2556 followed by A Mass of Christian Burial from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
