Sarah Ann Jacobs

Sarah Ann Jacobs, age 47, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born on November 13, 1967 in Milford, Ct, she was the daughter of James Mosley and the late Carol Ann Jacobs. Sarah was a lifelong resident of Bridgeport, Ct. where she attended Bridgeport schooling. Sarah was a fun and caring woman. She had a passion for The Lord and enjoyed reading books, going to church and being comical. Sarah will always be remembered for her outgoing, tough but yet loving personality and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Sarah is predeceased by her mother, Carol Jacobs and four brothers, Micah Jacobs, Mathias "Peter" Jacobs, Mark Jacobs and Marquis Jacobs. Also, Sarah leaves to cherish, her wonderful children Jamel and Angela Jacobs, one brother, Makene Jacobs, one nephew Micah Jacobs and one granddaughter, Jaida Jacobs and host of other family, friends and loved ones.
