Sally A. Annuzzi

Sally A. Annuzzi Sally A. Annuzzi, age 64, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from Pancreatic Cancer with her family by her side. She was the daughter of Marion Reyes and the late Arthur Dennis. She will be sadly missed by her surviving children, Angela Annuzzi-Rivera, son-in-law Daniel Rivera, James Annuzzi, Tina Upchurch, son-in-law Reggie, Toni Smith, Vincent Annuzzi, Sherri Gonzalez, her other son(grandson) whom she was raising, Vincent (TJ) Annuzzi Jr., and also by her sister Marion Berrios and brothers Richard and Robert Dennis. Sally is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be missed by many. We would like to send a special thanks to Dr. Dhanjal, Mimi R. APRN, and all the 7 east nurses of St. Vincents Hospital for taking special care of our Mom. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Augustine Cathedral. Interment will follow at Park Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave, Bridgeport, CT.
