Rosa A Rivas De Porro

Rosa A. Rivas De Porro, age 86 of Norwalk, wife of Manuel Porro, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Rosa was born October 2, 1931 in Peru. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Rosa loved to cook for her family. She was a very kind and generous woman. She will be missed deeply by all who had the honor of knowing her. In addition to Manuel, her husband for 55 years, Rosa is survived by: son, Jose Porro of Bridgeport; son, Carlos Porro & daughter-in-law, Evelyn Porro of Bridgeport; daughter, Angelica Porro & son-in-law Eduardo Castro-Monte of Norwalk; two siblings; six grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
