Ramn Monserrate Martnez 84, of Bridgeport, CT; the spouse of 60 years Eufemia Martnez passed into heavenly rest Thursday, October 13, 2022 at his home with his loving family by his side. Ramn was born on March 8, 1938 in Lares, Puerto Rico; the beloved son of the late Juan Martnez & Angela Reyes Martnez. Ramn was affectionately known as Monchito. He was raised in Lares, Puerto Rico at age of 16 Ramn migrated to Stamford, CT. where he lived most of his life. Ramn was employed by the Stamford Advocate for many years where he worked as a driver. In his later years Ramn relocated to Bridgeport, CT. Ramn was a great provider, son, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Ramn is survived by: spouse, Eufemia Martnez; oldest son, Erisbel Martnez; only daughter, Elba Rivera; youngest son, Ramn Martnez Jr; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends that will forever cherish his memory.
