Rafael Angel Rosario

Rafael Angel Rosario Sr; age 82, of Bridgeport, the loving spouse of 64 years, Carmen Maria Acevedo entered eternal rest Saturday, October 23, 2021 at his daughter's home with his loving family by his side. Rafael was born on July 25, 1939 in Camuy, Puerto Rico; the beloved son of the late Gumercindo Rosario & Maria Burgos. Rafael had 5 siblings and was affectionately known as Rafo. Rafael loved music; he enjoyed dancing and playing the guiro. He also liked playing dominos and watching baseball Rafael was a New York Yankee fan. Rafael is survived by: wife, Carmen Maria Acevedo de Rosario; 8 children, Maria C. Ramos, Rafael A. Rosario Jr., Maria M. Ramos, Ivan Rosario, Naida I. Rosario, Evelyn Melecio, Jaqueline Rivera, Miguel A. Rosario; 5 siblings, Blanca Nieves Lanzo, Alonzo Rosario, Angel Luis Rosario, Felipe Rosario, Jose Rosario; 22 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends that will cherish Rafo's memory.
