Rafael Gomez Rafael Gomez, age 75, entered into peaceful rest on Thursday June 16th, 2011 in Stamford, CT. Rafael was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on October 24th, 1935 to the late Francisca Romero and Eulogio Gomez. He was an employee of Specification Plating for forty-five years. Rafael enjoyed singing and dancing. He will be greatly missed. Rafael is survived by his children Raphael Gomez, David Gomez & daughter-in-law Maritza Ruiz, Rafael Cruz, Nancy G. Orengo, Edith Morales and Nancy Rodriguez, three siblings; Angel, Felix & Carmen Gomez, seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Rafael was predeceased by two children Nancy Gomez & Tito Cruz. Friends may greet the family Monday, June 20th, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will be Tuesday, June 21st, 2011 commencing in Community Funeral Chapels at 11:00 am and following to Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley St., BPT.
