Rafael Enrique 'Rafy' Davila

Rafael E. Davila, age 52, of Bridgeport, the spouse of Yari I. Martorony Davila, entered the Royal Gates of Heaven Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Bridgeport, CT. where he was welcomed with open arms by his mother Maria Davila. Rafael was born on February 18, 1970 in Philadelphia, PA. the second of three, to Rerigoberto Oyola & Maria Teresa Davila. Rafael was affectionately known as Ralfy. At age 6 his family relocated to Connecticut. Ralfy attended Bridgeport public schools and was well known in the community. Rafael went through a period of reflection as he redirected and changed his life, always to improve himself. Ralfy later attained a class B truck driver license and invested in real estate. He was a hard worker and great provider. Family was everything to Ralfy. He gave the best hugs and had a sense of humor with his own goofy laugh. He was a loving son, brother, cousin, uncle, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Rafael is survived by: wife, Yari I. Martorony Davila; 3 children, Desiree Marie Lotto, Samantha Angelina Davila, Delilah Ivette Davila; 2 siblings, Jose Antonio Davila (Zayda Ramos), Daniel Davila; 3 grandchildren, Marc Silveira, Kayden Silveira, Kayden Nieves; and a host of extended family and friends where Rafy's memory will live on.
