Norberto Caribe, age 64, of Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away on November 1, 2021 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. On August 25, 1957 Norberto was welcomed into the world by his beloved parents Auria Hernandez and Emilio Caribe in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Norberto had a good sense of humor; he was always happy. Norberto was a musician who played the congas, he liked listening to salsa music, loved to go to the Bluefish games, enjoyed wrestling, basketball and dancing. He got married on March 11, 1978 to the love of his life Miriam Caribe with whom he had 1 son and 2 daughters. Norberto worked at Peoples United Bank for 21 years and at Paradise Green in Stratford. He is predeceased by his: father Emilio Caribe; brother Ruben Caribe and sister Noelia Caribe. Norberto is survived by his: mother Auria Hernandez; wife Miriam Caribe; children Norberto Caribe II (Cary Muniz), Christina Gonzalez-Caribe (Ismael), Michelle Caribe (Jose); grandchildren Miriam Gonzalez, Maelina Gonzalez, Joyce Gonzalez, Carlos Cancel, Norberto Caribe III, Michael Christian Caribe, Jose A. Cruz, Marcus Cruz and a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
