Nicolas Torres, age 96, of Bridgeport, entered into heavenly rest Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Nicolas served our country in the U.S. Army during WWII. Nicolas was born on Tuesday, July 17, 1917 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and second child to the late Fidel Torres and Foutina Pagan. His wife Rufina Torres of 63 years survives Nicolas. Nicolas will be greatly missed by a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held privately.
