Nereyda Robles

Nereyda Robles, age 66, of Bridgeport, the spouse of Joseph A. Robles, passed away suddenly on July 23, 2022 in Hamden, Connecticut. On August 26, 1955 Nereyda was welcomed into the world by her beloved parents in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She was raised in Orocovis, Puerto Rico and Bridgeport, Connecticut. Nereyda served for many years on the town committee. She worked for the City of Bridgeport Registrars Voters Office. She embraced her family with her Latin culture, of food, music and fashion. Nereyda was kind, loving and beautiful spouse, mother, aunt, cousin and friend. Nereyda is predeceased by her mother Gloria M Pagan and nephew Ezequiel Santiago. She is survived by her: spouse Joseph A. Robles; daughter, Monica Robles (Krystle Spodnik); brothers, Thomas Torres (Mimi), Anibal Torres (Evelyn); sisters, Marilyn Aponte (Jaime), Migdalia Colon; brother-in-law, Mitchell Robles (Evelyn); nieces, Michelle Robles (Jason Rivera), April Robles, Elisa Lopez, Jessica Figueroa, Amanda Colon, Ashly, Michelle; nephew, Gilberto Nieves (Michelle); a host of great nieces, nephews, extended family and friends that will forever cherish her memory.
