Nelson was born May 28, 1961 in Lago Ranco, Chile, the son of the late Rosa Alba Ancacura Antihual and Hugo Noriega. Nelson is survived by: four sons Armando, Cristian, Diego, Cesar Noriega, five siblings Alfredo Aguilera Ancacura, Cecilia Noriega Ancacura, Samuel Ancacura Antihual, Jeanette Aguilera Ancacura, Jacqueline Aguilera Ancacura, one grandson Benjamn Noriega and a host of extended family and friends.
