Mislael 'Papo' Cruz

Mislael "Papo" Cruz, age 58, of Bridgeport, the spouse of Norma (Jaurbl) Cruz, departed this life Sunday, February 28, 2016 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Papo migrated to Connecticut in 1973, he was a good provider, father, brother, uncle and son. Mislael was the third born of four from the late Manuel & Ana Cruz, on October 13, 1957 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Papo is survived by: son, Mislael Cruz Jr; daughter, Sonia M. Cruz; two sisters, Carmen Cruz, Luz Cruz; brother, Manuel Cruz; two granddaughters, Lisa I. Cruz, Saphire Jaurbl, all of Bridgeport; and a host of extended family and friends that will cherish his memory.
