Minerva E. 'Tatty' Coleman

Minerva E. Coleman "Tatty" age 60 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Bridgeport Hospital. Minerva was a hardworking mother and provider for her family. She was a case manager of Azor healthcare with a kind heart and over twenty years of dedication. Minerva was the second of three born to the late Delroy Laing & surviving mother Rebecca Rhomes on Sunday, April 3, 1955 in Manchester, Jamaica. Minerva is survived by: two sons, Neville Laing of St. Johns, Antiga, Nicholas Lodge of Naugatuck, CT.; two daughters, Diana Chutkan of the Bronx, NY., Charmaine lodge of Bridgeport, CT.; two sisters, Rosetta & brother-in-law Issac Pennant of NJ., Sharon Laing of Chicago, IL.; eight grandchildren, Cha'Ria Laing Barron, Aaron Boyles, Lenice Smith, Rebecca Chutkan, Elliay Willis Chutkan, Aiden Chutkan, Nicholas Lodge Jr., Arianna Lodge; one great grandson, Caden Bryce Holmes; a host of extended family and friends that will cherish Minerva memory. A funeral service honoring Minerva's life will be held Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 11:00am. Officiated by Pastor Trevor Stewart of Calvery SDA Church. Interment will be held privately.
