Melvin Rodriguez Melvin Rodriguez, age 43, lifelong resident of Bridgeport, entered into heavenly rest Sunday, June 27th, 2010 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born July 19, 1966 in Bridgeport to surviving parents, Anibal Rodriguez & Ana Rodriguez of Ponce, PR. Melvin is survived by sisters: Blanca Roman of Bridgeport, Janet Plaza & brother-in-law Willfredo Plaza of Stratford, and brother Ricardo Rodriguez & sister-in-law Yessenia Rodriguez of Stratford, Several nieces and nephews whom he cared for dearly. Melvin was pre-deceased by brother Anibal Rodriguez Jr., and sister Digna Marin. A memorial service in honor of Melvin will be held Thursday, July 1st, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
