Mary Frances White

Mary Frances White, age 68 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Bridgeport Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Mary was born November 20, 1950 in Williamston, North Carolina; the beloved daughter of the late William H. Dixon & Irene Bennett. Mary was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was outgoing and loved music. Mary was happiest while spending time with her family and cooking. She will be missed deeply by all who had the honor of knowing her. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her daughter, Antoinette D. Dixon. Mary is survived by her: son, Schaune Dixon & daughter-in-law Dorthy Dixon of Stamford; son, Eric L. White of Bridgeport; daughter, Shanetta Dixon-White; nine grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 11:00am - 1:00pm.
