Marisol Lorraine 'Mita' Dumeng

Marisol Lorraine Dumeng, age 30, life was tragically cut short to a senseless act of domestic violence. Marisol is survived by her parents, Cruz Dumeng and Lorraine Garcia; her children Billy Lopez, Janiyah'lee Pichardo, Jo'Syah Mujica and Armani Mujica; 15 brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and whole community of extended family and friends. She is predeceased by both sets of maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts and uncles, 2 brothers and a niece. Marisol was born in Bridgeport, CT on July 14th, 1991. She completed the 12th grade, and at the time of her death she was working towards becoming a nail technician. She was also a stay-at-home mom, doing what needed to be done to care for her children, who were her world. She loved them with her whole heart and there was not a thing she would not do for them. Everyone who knew Marisol were blessed with her heart of gold. Marisol was selfless and would put everyone's needs before her own. She was loyal, your "Ride or Die", always helping those she loved. She had a passion for music and dancing, specifically her Bachata. Give her music and a bottle of Remy, and that was all she needed to have a good time. She loved her mother's food and let us not forget her love for Jordans. In her 30 years here, she touched the lives of many, and her loss is greatly felt. Family, friends and others who loved Marisol are invited to Community Chapels Funeral, 798 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT on Monday, June 6, 2022, from 6-9pm, to pay their respects, reminisce and support each other.
