Marija Ahmetovic Marija Ahmetovic, age 72, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009. Originally from Zabrdje Kotor Varos, Bosnia, Marija was a Connecticut resident for 11 years. An excellent homemaker that enjoyed caring for others, knitting and a dedicated member of St. Augustine's Cathedral. Marija was survived by loving husband Ferid and sons; Anto, Luka, Josip, Ibrica, Semir and daughter Nada. Funeral Services will be held Friday July 24th, 2009 from 12:00-2:00pm at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., Bpt. Interment will follow to Park Cemetery.
