Mariano Cruz Morales, lovingly known as Mario, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024, at the age of 85. Born on April 9, 1939, in Humacao, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved son of the late Juana Morales de Jesus and Anselmo Cruz Rodriguez.
Mario was raised in Puerto Rico before relocating at the age of 16, embarking on a journey that would shape his life. He was one of fourteen siblings, with nine brothers and five sisters, and his love for music, especially playing the guitar, was a source of joy for him and those around him.
He will be remembered for his passion for music, his warm spirit, and the memories he created with family and friends. Funeral services have been entrusted to Community Funeral Chapels, where his life will be celebrated and honored.
Mario’s legacy of music and love will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
