Maria Flora Barros Ayala, age 43, of Ansonia, the loving wife of Francisco Ayala Sr., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in Dillon, SC. She was a dedicated mother who always put her family first. Maria will be remembered for her willingness to help and give to others. She was a proud ‘cheer mom' who adored butterflies, ladybugs, and shopping. Maria was born in Bridgeport, CT., on March 21, 1973 to the late Ramon & Linda (Grass) Barros. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son, Ramon M. Ayala. Besides her husband of 8 years, Francisco, Maria is survived by: son, Francisco Ayala Jr.; daughter, Juanita Ayala; siblings, Laurie Grass, Ivette Diaz Barros, Mildred Echevarria, Eugene Barros, Carmen Martinez, Lucy Novak, and Edward Connolly; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
