Manuel Mata-Quiros

Manuel Mata-Quiros, age 55 of Norwalk, husband of 34 years to Sedey Morales Arias, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Stamford Hospital. Manuel was a hardworking father of three who emigrated from Costa Rica in 2009. He was a very friendly, calm, and humble person who loved to watch soccer. Manuel worked at Scena Wine Bar in Darien, CT for 7 years. He will be remembered for his compassion for others. Manuel was born August 15, 1961 in Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica, the son of the late Humberto Mata and surviving Dinnoroh Quiros. He is survived by: son, Josser Mata-Morales of Costa Rica; son, Orlando Mata-Morales of Costa Rica; son, Manuel Mata-Morales of New Jersey; sister, Elia Mata-Quiros; brother, Gerardo Mata-Quiros; sister, Yamileth Mata-Quiros; brother, Luis Mata-Quiros; sister, Gesselle Mata-Quiros; brother, Emilio Mata-Quiros; brother, Rocio Mata-Quiros; granddaughter, Maria Celeste Campos; grandson Thiago Mata; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.
