Luis was born on July 1, 1936 in Camuy, Puerto Rico, the beloved son of late Gervasio Mendez & Aramita Torres. Luis was a kind and hardworking man. He worked as a landscaper for many years before his retirement. Those who had the honor of knowing Luis will miss him deeply. Interment will be held privately.
