Luis Mendez, age 81 of Hartford, CT., entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Saint Francis Care. Luis was born on July 1, 1936 in Camuy, Puerto Rico, the beloved son of late Gervasio Mendez & Aramita Torres. Luis was a kind and hardworking man. He worked as a landscaper for many years before his retirement. Those who had the honor of knowing Luis will miss him deeply. Interment will be held privately.
