Luciano L 'Vitin' Merced

Luciano L. Merced "Vitin", age 74, of Bridgeport, entered into peaceful rest on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 with his loving family by his side. Luciano was a devoted husband and provider to his loving wife of fourth-five years Dina Merced. He worked hard and raised his two children in Bridgeport. He was proud to influence his grandchildren. Luciano own and operated Dina's Grocery on Bond St. for many years, he also worked at GE. He loved to eat steak and watch the history channel. Luciano would also like to spend time looking at the moon. Luciano enjoyed helping his family business "The Rainbow Restaurant" and socializing. Luciano was born Tuesday, January 7, 1941 in Aguas Buenas, PR. He was the second of five siblings, of his late parents Victor Merced & Carmen Merced. Vitin is predeceased by: brother, Alberto Merced; sister, Santi Salas. Luciano is survived by: beloved wife Dina Merced; two sons Victor Merced, Jason Merced; two brothers: Lorenzo Merced & Ramon Merced; four grandchildren, Jason Merced JR., Vanessa Merced, Isaiah Luciano Merced, Victoria Merced and a host of extend family and friend that will cherish is memory.
