Lee Elbert Best Jr., age 55, of New Haven, CT entered eternal rest on March 9, 2021 in Bridgeport, CT. On March 20, 1965 Lee was welcomed into the world by his beloved parents Lee Elbert Best Sr. and Margaret Best in Norwalk, CT. Lee grew up and served in the military where he got an Honorable Discharge from the National Guard. He worked as a construction worker, truck driver, cabinetry he knew how to do many things. Lee had three children. Lee Elbert is predeceased by: father Lee Elbert Best Sr. and sibling Deborah A. Baldwin. He is survived by: mother Margaret Best; spouse Darlene Earl-Best; son Lemar Taylor; daughters Eveleese Foust and Brittany Best; siblings Keith Best and Keisha Best; grandchildren Hasan T. Powell Jr., MyaAngel Powell, Kylie Taylor and a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
