Laquan Lee 'L'S' Dawson

Laquan Lee "Ls" Dawson, age 30, of Bridgeport, CT; entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 2nd 2021 at Bridgeport Hospital. Laquan Lee "Ls" Dawson was born in Bridgeport, CT on March 6, 1991. He was enrolled in the Bridgeport public school system and graduated from Cheshire High School. Laquan received a Certification in Electrical from Lincoln Tech and was employed by the Beta Shim Co. in Shelton, CT. Laquan was passionate about boxing and was a member of the Ortiz Boxing Gym. Laquan is survived by his parents, Miriam Francis (Troy) and Robert Dawson, Sr. (Fonda) his daughter, Jiselle Dawson, his fianc Jeanette Cabral, his siblings: Christopher Randy Francis, Robert "Bejay" Dawson, Jr., Jamiere Richardson, Jada Worthy, and LaJoy Dawson. Laquan also leaves to cherish his memories, his maternal grandmothers Rosemary Francis and Rebecca Jerome, his paternal grandmother, Rev. Edna Bridgeforth, his paternal grandfather Oscar Francis, his paternal great-aunt Hazel Green, aunts and uncles: Joyce Dawson, Raymond Dawson (Princess), Curtis Francis, Frankie Francis, Harold Francis, Josiah Francis (Jellipsa), Siedya Francis, Marcus Jerome, Patrickson Jerome, Tanya McLeain and Denise Moore; his nieces and nephews: Amiyah Boyd, Nazir Dawson, Chrystrean Francis, Lawren Francis; Quinn Fuller, Zymiya Harris, Zyayr Hill, Nyshaun Hill, Ezra Richardson, and Destiny Williams; his God sisters Tyquaysha Filomeno, Skye Green, Alasia Robinson, Jenisse Williams; his Godmother Adel St. Rose and a host of loving cousins and friends. Laquan was predeceased by his uncle Fabian Francis. Laquan was the heart of our Family, and his presence will be greatly missed.
