Jose Gutierrez Jose Gutierrez, age 91, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 at Bridgeport Hospital. Jose was a proud Army Veteran and served in WW II. Born in Puerto Rico on September 9th, 1918, to the late Tomas and Marcelina Gutierrez, survived by one sister; Margo Gutierrez of Hartford, Jose was a dedicated husband to surviving wife Clorinda Figueroa Gutierrez; also survived by Papo, Mirella, Poocho, Lucy, Iris Reyes, Sylvia Velez, Gicela, Grisel, Claribel, Jose Gutierrez Jr. and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren Friends may greet the family Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave. Bpt. Funeral service 10:00 am to 11:00 pm July 23rd, 2010 at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Avenue Bridgeport. Interment will follow to The State Veterans Cemetery Bow Lane, Middletown CT.
