Jorge Hernandez Jorge Hernandez, age 79, of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, entered into heavenly rest on Friday June 24th, 2011, at Lord Chamberlain Manor in Stratford. Jorge was born and raised in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. Jorge is survived by his devoted wife Julia Carrasquillo of 46 years of matrimony and their loving children;, Wilma and Emilio Hernandez, Jorge is survived by his children Luz S. and Jorge L. Hernandez. Also Jorge is survived by children Irines and Julia M. Diaz, and Iris Dena. Jorge was predeceased by his oldest daughter Nellie. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Community Funeral Chapels located at 798 Park Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Community Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow to Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport.
