Joan Frances Bell Joan Frances Bell, age 74, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, March 30th, 2011. Joan was born in Riverhead, Long Island, on January 28th, 1937 to the late Alice Fitzgerald. Joan was very warm and caring. She enjoyed working at the Goodwill being helpful to others. Joan leaves to cherish her memories her husband William Bell, her son James Bell, two grandchildren, Michael and Kevin Bell and one great-grandchild, Layia Bell. Joan will be greatly missed and always remembered. Friends may greet the family Tuesday, April 5th, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave. BPT., CT. Interment will follow to St. Michael's Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT. For further information contact Brenda Ortiz FD at (203)334-9999.
