Jean Julis Guery

Jean Julis Guery, age 74, of Bridgeport, loving husband to Alejandrina Perez Hilario passed into eternal peace, Thursday, April 16th, 2020 at Yale University Hospital, New Haven, CT. Jean was born January 15,1946 in Mirebalais, Haiti the beloved son of the late Gerard Guery and Venette Guery Dubuisson. Jean immigrated to this country at the age of 23 from Port au Prince, Haiti and eventually opened his own dry cleaning establishment. He was well respected, a good provider strong and stern father of three with true values. Jean also had a fun loving side with a great sense of humor. He loved and adored his wife, children, siblings and extended family. Jean leaves behind his wife, Alejandrina Perez Hilario, his three children Julissa Guery, Caroline Guery, and Julio Alejandro Guery all of Bridgeport. He is survived by his seven siblings and a host of nieces and nephews. Jean Julis will be greatly missed, his memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all whose life he touched.
