MORALES: Janet Morales, age 41, of Ansonia entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 6th, 2013 in Branford, CT. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Janet was born Monday, September 13, 1971 in Bridgeport, the youngest of ten children born to Tomasita and Esteban Morales. Fierce, funny and independent Janet was a hardworking single mother, who raised her children to stand tall and proud and to march to the beat of their own drum. Janet enjoyed motorcycles, traveling and going on "adventures" both on the road and in the pages of a good book. She could often be found dancing and singing around the house, her infectious laughter and love of life filled the space around her and her presence will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure and privilege of knowing her. Janet is survived by her adored children; Reginald Rogers II, Nyasia Rodriguez and Unique Rodriguez; her adoring parents, Tomasita and Esteban; her loving siblings; Nydia Morales (Raymond Cardona), Yvette Morales, Alicia Rosa (Steven Rosa), Lucy Morales, Richard Morales, Adelaida Mobilio (Vincent Mobilio), Steven Morales, Elizabeth Morales, and Aquitania Morales and two beloved grandchildren, Reginald Rogers III and Collin Cordell Rogers, in whose smiling faces and shining eyes Janet will always live on. Janet also leaves a large and loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces, especially Nydia Cardona and a host of friends who will always carry the memory of her in their hearts.
