Jacob is survived by: paternal grandparents, Tomas Hinostroza and Mery Perez; maternal grandparents, Joselin Ostolaza and Zoraida Rolon; aunts, Aracely Hinostroza, Lisandra Ostolaza; cousins, Francis Perez, Brenda Rondon, Stephane Velez, Zorilys Ostolaza, Zashely Perez, and a host of extended family and friends.
