Jacob Isaiah Chiclana, age 5 months, return to heaven Friday, May 16, 2014. Jacob was born Tuesday, November 19, 2013 he was the third of three children. He is survived by his mother, Odalis M. Galarza, father, Jorge E. Chiclana, maternal grandparents, Marageli Rivera & Christian Feliciano, two sisters, Myliana I. Baez, Amaya Chiclana, brother, Jayden L. Chiclana, one uncle, Justin L. Galarza, aunt, Ciara I. Feliciano, and a host of adoring friends that will miss his precious and tender smile.
