Isabella Sofia Burgos Isabella Sofia Burgos, age 6, entered into heavenly peace, October 4th, 2011 at Yale New Haven Hospital, with her loving family beside her. Isabella was born October 7th, 2004 in Bridgeport, CT to Judy Correa and Juan Burgos. Besides Isabella's parents, she leaves to cherish her memory; a brother, Damian Cancel, a sister, Nina Burgos, paternal grandparents, Evelyn Pantoja & Juan Burgos Sr., maternal grandmother, Ramonita Rodriguez and host of other relatives. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Hilberto Correa Sr. Isabella will always be cherished and deeply missed. Friends may greet the family, Friday, October 7th, 2011 from 10:00am to 12:00pm in Community Funeral Chapels, located at 798 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
