Greta Adassa Spencer Greta Adassa Spencer, age 71, of Bridgeport, entered into peaceful rest on Monday, May 9th, 2011 at Bridgeport Hospital. Greta was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, on July 7th, 1939, to the late Sintelina Pecco and David Hall. The widow of the late Wesley Spencer, Greta was a very loving caregiver, a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Greta was the fourth of five siblings. She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Valerie Noel and Diane Hamilton of Bridgeport, Talbert, Leonard, Millicent, Claudia and Teena in Jamaica, her brother Raphael of England, eighteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several niece, nephews and a host of special cousins, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by one son Carlton Hall and her brothers Samuel, Talbert and Vivian. Friends may greet the family on Sunday, May 15th, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will be held in Mt. James, St. Andrew, Jamaica.
