Gaston Lucine 'Lance' Anderson

Gaston Lucine Anderson "Lance" age 87 of Bridgeport, Connecticut departed this life Wednesday, October 7, 2015 in Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation, Fairfield, Connecticut. Lance was a self-employed, hard-working father of three. He often was referred to as a Jack of all Trades. He was the life of the party, a sharp dresser, and enjoyed Dancing and Photography. The eldest of four, Gaston was born March 5, 1928 in St. Ann, Jamaica, the loving son of the late Deacon Arnold Anderson and Thomasina Richards. Besides his parents Lance was predeceased by: son, Clive; two siblings, Gloria Simmonds, and Donald Richards of Jamaica. Gaston is survived by: two sons, Noel of CT, Gaston of NY; daughters-in-law Lavern of CT, Lillian of NY. and Adassa of Jamaica; sister, Daphne Berry of Jamaica; eleven grandchildren, Michaela, Carter of CT., Naphtalie, Kasiem of MA., Rochelle of NY., Ainsley of NJ., Damion, Damaine, Michelle, Lavern, Evon, Janelle of Jamaica; several great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish Lance's memory.
