Franklin Monroe ''Sonny'' Degree

Franklin Monroe Degree "Sonny" Franklin Monroe Degree "Sonny", age 67, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in Bridgeport. Franklin was born in Shelby, North Carolina on November 7th, 1943 to Winfred Bridges and the late Frank Degree. Franklin was a charming, smooth talker and he loved fishing. Franklin is survived by seven children, Franklin, Nicole Norris, Kevin Robinson, Randy, Laura, Damien and Franklin Alan Degree and fifteen grandchildren. He will be deeply missed. Friends may greet the family Monday June 6th, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will be held privately.
