Evangelina 'Eva' Lopez

Evangelina "Eva" Lopez Evangelina "Eva" Lopez, 55 of Bridgeport, entered into a peaceful sleep Friday, November 5th, 2010 at Bridgeport Hospital with her life companion Felix Marrero Jr. and loving family by her side. Eva was a member of a local softball team and enjoyed salt water fishing and playing pool. Born January 16, 1955 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Luis Raul & Maria Elena Lopez; Eva was the seventh child of eight children, survived by siblings: Francisco & Minnette Margary of FL., Nydia & Irene Davila of BPT., Luis Alfonzo & Maria Lopez of FL., Maria Matilde Pettway of FL., Ramona & Carmelo Nieves of Shelton, and Raul Lopez of NY. Eva was also survived by her two children Maria Elena Letryz, Carlos Angel Lopez, four stepchildren Melony, Luis, Stephanie, Joey Ortiz and 11 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by sister Elena Roman. Friends may greet the family Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 for 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Ave., BPT. Interment will be held privately.
