Eunice Adassa 'Nicey' Vassell

Eunice Adassa Vassell, "Nicey" age 70, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest Friday, February 7, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Eunice was an active member of the Kingdom Hall. A loving kind hearted and caring mother of five. Eunice enjoyed cooking and gardening her flowers, fruits and vegetables. Eunice was born in Hanover, Jamaica, Monday, February 15, 1943 the loving daughter of the late William Vassell and Mavis Buchanan. Nicey was the oldest of twelve siblings. Eunice was predeceased by parents and her two siblings, Hubert Clark and Joyce Vassell. Eunice leaves to cherish her memory: five children: Lloyd Buchanan of JA., Leroy Buchanan of Bridgeport, CT., Juanita Buchanan of Bridgeport, CT., Hopeton Smythe of VA., Donavan Williams of JA.; nine siblings: Winston Cambell, Donald Cambell, Lebert Cambell, Clevland Cambell, Trever Vassell, Brenda Mayaah, Barbra Cambell, Pansie Vassell, Missann Vassell; ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. A Celebration of Eunice's Life will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2014 commencing with a viewing from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by a home going service at the Kingdom Hall Green Island, Hanover, JA.
