Espaa Coello Soto, age 56, of West Haven, CT. entered into peaceful rest Monday, April 4, 2016 at Yale New Haven Hospital with her loving family by her side. Espaa was a dedicated Catholic and a loving mother of four, that put her family first. Espaa was born in Loja, Ecuador on November 2, 1959, she was the oldest of three. Espaa was the beloved daughter of Justo Abel Coello Romero and Andalucia Soto Paucar. Espaa is survived by: four children, Jos & daughter-in-law Esperanza Mendoza, Luis Mendoza, Ruth Mendoza, Miriam Mendoza; brother Klever Euclides Coello; sister, Tedie & brother-in-law Jos Gonzalez; eight grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends that will cherish her beautiful memory.
