Elsie Morales, age 63, of Harrisburg Pennsylvania, the spouse of Wilson Velez, enter it into a peaceful rest Friday, April 26, 2019 at her residence surrounded by the love and care of her family. Elsie was born July 27, 1955 in Coamo, Puerto Rico the beloved daughter of Victor Castro Sr & Pura Morales. Elsie will be remembered for her beautiful smile, strength, and loving heart. She was one tough cookie as the matriarch of the family, but so nurturing and kind at the same time. So many would know her as a mother figure as she opened her home and cared for those throughout the years. She loved and lived for her husband, sons and family, it's what made her happy. She leaves her precious memories to cherished by: father, Victor Castro Sr; spouse, Wilson Velez; sons, Antonio Baerga & daughter-in-law Jahaira Mercado, Ed Wilson Velez; raised as a son, Renato Dias Jr; grandson, Antonio Luis Baerga and a host of extended family and friends that will remember her as a precious angel.
