Obituary In loving memory of our mother, Ebony Perez, who passed away on November 21, 2022. Ebony was born on June 3rd, 1975, to Mary Perez Brown and Rory Baldwin in Bridgeport, CT. Ebony obtained her license and became a Licensed Practical Nurse, working most of her career at St Joseph's Manor. She loved caring for others and was determined to give the best care to her patients. She was the loving mother of Kiante Crockett and Shania Lee. Our mother was a kind, caring, and giving person who always put the needs of her family, friends, and patients before her own. Ebony was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was an inspiration to us all. Growing up, Ebony was always there for us, whether we needed help with guidance or a burden lifted. She was a woman of faith and instilled in us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. Our mother was a true role model who persevered with resilience and independence. We have and will always look up to her. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Ebony was predeceased by her mother, Mary Perez Brown; grandmothers, Isabelle Baldwin, Dolores Peterson, Evelyn Perez Swords; grandfathers, Richard Baldwin and Javier Perez. Ebony is survived by her daughters, Kiante Crockett and Shania Lee; fathers, Rory Baldwin of Atl, GA and James (Mannie) Brown of Bridgeport, CT; best friend and sister, Shayla Baldwin Stratford, CT and sister, Tianna Baldwin of New Haven, CT. Her close family whom she talked to often her uncle Emery Baldwin, Tawana Davis Sr. and her children, Carmen McKnight and her children. And a host of brothers, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends. Mother, you will always be in our hearts, and we will never forget you. We love you so much.
