Debbie Ortiz Debbie Ortiz, age 51, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest Friday, June 18th, 2010 with supportive sister Diana and family by her side in Northbridge Health Care Center. Debbie battled breast cancer for 3 years. Prior to her illness she was an ambitious provider for her daughter Kalie. Debbie worked as an accountant for 16 years in Mt. Sinai Hospital, NY. and was studying for her masters degree in Business Administration. Born in the Bronx, New York on July 31st,1958 to surviving parents Maria Ayala & Huldarico Ortiz. Debbie was the fourth born of nine; survived by siblings: Lucy Ortiz , Orlando & sister-in-law Marilyn Ortiz , Marta Ortiz , Wanda Henriquez, Aracelis & brother-in-law Andrew Richards, Diana Ortiz, Rico & sister-in-law Sadie Ortiz and Ernie & sister-in-law Zita Ortiz. Debbie was also survived by her beloved daughter Kalie F. Dominguez and Angie Ortiz, pre-deceased beloved daughter Wanda Ortiz. Debbie leaves her memories to be cherished by her friends and family. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at Community Funeral Chapels, 798 Park Avenue, Bridgeport.
