Clifford Parker

Clifford Parker, 65, entered into eternal peace on Wednesday,September 4th, 2013, at Bridgeport Hospital, located in Bridgeport Connecticut. Clifford was born on March 8, 1948, a son of the late Elizabeth Clarke and Robert Parker, in Linstead, St. Catherine. He attended Time and Patient primary school and worked as a baker at Hannah Town bakery in Kingston City. He later moved to the parish of Westmoreland with the mother of his children, Utylyn Reid in December of 1978 and together they owned the Lovelite Pastry Shop in Whitehouse, Westmoreland, where he became well known as a top baker and received the name Pattyman. Clifford was a very kind and gentle soul. He had a loving and generous heart and was always giving to others. He was predeceased by his devoted son, Damion Clifford Parker, in the year 2000. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his; loving wife, Utylyn Reid; Children, Everton, Christopher, Necarlos, Marcha, Cameica, and Dervaine Parker; son-in-law, Daniel Thomas; six grandchildren, Janiel, Shamella, Shadae, Michael,Tiana and Alyssa; six brothers, Solomond, Walter, Asmond, Jasper, Llyod and Amos; sisters, Gloria, Minette and Coroline; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Services will be held Saturday morning, September 28th at 11:00 am, at the Church of Christ, Top Lincoln, Grangehill, Westmoreland. Burial will follow at the family plot in Sterling, Grangehill.
