Carmen M. Abrams Carmen M. Abrams, age 72, of Bridgeport entered into eternal rest Thursday, January 21st, 2010 at St. Vincent Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Carmen was a resident of Bishop Curtis Home on Palisade Ave for 10 years and was on their association committee. Born August 18th, 1937 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, to the late Maria & Santiago Soto. Survived by; daughter Carmen & her husband Basilio Gutierrez of Easton, CT. daughter Rosa Maria Cruz of Newark, NJ. son, Johnny Cruz of Tampa FL. Also survived by; sisters, Rosa Bonilla of Newark, NJ. Burnilda Cirillo of Hollywood, FL. brother Angel M. Soto of Lakewells, FL. 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, who will all cherish her precious memories. Pre-deceased by; sons, Jesus & Edwardo Cruz and sister Milta Soto Rodriguez. Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 25th, 2010 at 10:00 am in Community Funeral Chapels. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am at St. Augustine Cathedral. Entombment will follow in the Mountain Grove Cemetery.
