Bryan Jamal Stukes

STUKES: Bryan Jamal Stukes, age 21 of Bridgeport, CT entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 1, 2013 in Bridgeport. Bryan was born April 27th, 1991 in Manning, South Carolina, the beloved first child of Melissa Ann Gibbs and Bryan Stukes. At age eight when Melissa and the children relocated to Bridgeport Bryan quickly adjusted to his new home, making friends in the neighborhood and keeping a protective eye on his younger siblings as they played. Very protective of his family and almost generous to a fault, Bryan would help any and all those who needed a hand. Smart and laid back, Bryan was a natural comediane, always quick with a joke and a smile for all those around him. When he wasn't working Bryan enjoyed playing basketball, taking care of others and spending time with his family and friends. With his quick wit and gentle smile Bryan made many friends in whose memory he shall live on. Bryan is survived by his adoring mother Melissa Ann Gibbs of Bridgeport, his biological father, Bryan Stukes of South Carolina and the true father of his heart, his beloved stepfather Kirk. Bryan also leaves to cherish his memory his beloved grandparents; paternal grandmother Annie Fay Stukes of South Carolina, maternal grandmother Pastor Sarah Rashid and maternal grandfather Pastor Isaiah Abraham, of Bridgeport, CT. The oldest of six, Bryan will be keeping a watchful eye above out for cherished siblings, Falincia Denice Stukes, James Matthew McCoy III and half-brother Keion Bryan Stukes, all of South Carolina, as well as Alaycia Melissa Martinez and Lennox Delgado Dresskie III, both of Bridgeport, CT. Bryan also leaves to cherish his memory his uncles, Nathaniel Thames of Bridgeport and Limbert Rhames of South Carolina, as well as his aunts, Sandra Stukes James, Sheila Stukes, Shermica (William) Session and Lucinda Stukes all of South Carolina. A host of extended family, uncles, aunts and cousins will miss Bryan and carry his memory with them always. In death Bryan reunites with his paternal grandparents, Willie Stukes and Bula Mack, uncle Willie Stukes Jr. and aunt Inez Bell.
